Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive exactly when you need them for your special event.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a resolution.
How long do the cupcakes stay fresh?
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours of arrival. If you aren't eating them right away, they can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks in their original packaging.
Do your products contain nuts?
